1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT, United States) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM MT will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time includes order verification, payment authorization, quality control, and packaging.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

No minimum purchase is required unless otherwise stated in promotional campaigns.


3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

All orders are shipped using standard shipping services.

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 3–7 business days

Shipping time refers to transit time after the package has been handed over to the carrier.


4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

📦 Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Standard Orders: 4–10 business days total (Free Shipping)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on carrier performance, destination, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


5. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.


6. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active in the carrier’s system.


7. SHIPPING DELAYS

Although we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has been shipped.


8. INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.


9. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking shows your order as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Check your delivery location and surrounding areas
  • Confirm with household members or neighbors
  • Contact your local carrier for assistance
