At Carrycrafted, we are committed to delivering high-quality backpacks, travel bags, and leather goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
📦 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- No signs of wear, damage, stains, odor, or alteration
- All original packaging included (tags, dust bag, inserts, accessories)
- In resellable condition upon inspection
- Proof of purchase required
📌 Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
🚚 Free Returns
We offer free return shipping only for the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective due to manufacturing issues
- You received an incorrect item
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
📌 For all other return reasons (such as change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Conditions
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, including:
- Visible wear, scratches, or deformation
- Exposure to moisture, smoke, perfume, or odor
- Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Any modification, cleaning, or repair attempt
- Signs of outdoor or heavy travel use
📌 Items returned in non-resellable condition may be rejected or partially refunded.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
📌 Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
📌 Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
